Most of our products are in stock and ship out within 24-72 hours of purchase. Custom projects usually ship out within 2-4 weeks of purchase. Your products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturers defects. All products are special order. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please be sure that what you order is what you want before processing. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping charges.

Warranty Information

Starfire Direct stands behind the manufacturer warranties and will always do our best to help our customers facilitate any warranty claims that do arise.

One product that stands out is American Fireglass brand Fire Glass.  American Fireglass offers a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty against all manufacturer defects.

* A proof of purchase is necessary in order to receive warranty on all products.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns are subject to a 20-25% restocking fee on non-warrantable items returned. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase date.

On-line orders can be paid by credit card, debit card, Google Wallet, or PayPal via our secure on-line shopping cart. Domestic Shipping & Handling

Orders placed through Starfire Direct will be drop shipped with UPS or FedEx as a primary service carrier to deliver products to your door. Sign on delivery options are also available. Delivery services available through UPS are Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver. UPS orders are waived from delivery signature unless otherwise instructed. Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing plus applicable shipping time before your order is delivered. Please call or email us for more details. For rush orders, please contact us at 866-578-8538 or state your urgency in the comments box during checkout. Upon shipment of your order, you should receive an e-mail with a tracking number of the package(s). You can track your package by visiting www.ups.com. Select orders or orders with fire pits will ship via freight company. For orders shipped via freight company, please contact Customer Service for tracking details.
